Thank you for purchasing from Sange machine  Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product has quality issues, is damaged, missing parts, or wrong item sent;

The product is seriously inconsistent with the website description;

Unopened and unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Used, washed, damaged, or altered products;

Returns due to  personal preference, or “change of mind”;

Requests made beyond 7 days after delivery;

Minor scratches or color differences (due to different monitors);

Customized  items.

 Return Process

Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, provide order number, photos, and issue description;

Our team will review and send return instructions;

Send the item back and provide tracking number;

After inspection, we will process refund or reshipment within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Responsibility

Quality issues, wrong items, damage: We cover all shipping costs;

Personal reasons: Customer covers return shipping fee.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 working days (depending on your bank or payment platform).

General Notes

We reserve the right of final approval for all return requests;

We may refuse service for abusive or fraudulent returns.
