The differences between semi-automatic planetary frying pans and fully automatic planetary frying pans are: first, they are different in size, with fully automatic occupying a larger area; second, they have different discharge methods, with fully automatic timing and one key discharge, while semi-automatic requires manual hand cranking of the ratchet wheel for discharge; third, they have different mixing and heating power, with fully automatic having greater mixing and heating power. 1. This equipment is a series of products, mainly composed of pot body, jacket, tilting, mixing and frame.
2. The pot body is welded from the inner and outer pot bodies. Both the inner and outer pot bodies are made of 06Cr19Ni10 (SUS304) stainless steel, and are welded together using a full penetration structure according to GB regulations.
3. The tilting and flipping part is composed of worm gear, worm gear, handwheel, and bearing seat.
4. The tilting frame consists of oil cups, bearing seats, brackets, etc.
