Uniform heating: Heat can be evenly transferred to various parts of the pot, and materials can be uniformly heated inside the pot, avoiding local overheating or unheated phenomena, ensuring the quality and taste of food processing, especially suitable for cooking or processing processes that require high temperature uniformity, such as braising, sugar boiling, sauce making, etc.

Description

1. This equipment is mainly composed of a pot body, a jacket, a tilting device, a mixing device, and a frame.

2. The pot body is welded from the inner and outer pot bodies. Both the inner and outer pot bodies are made of 06Cr19Ni10 (SUS304) stainless steel, and are welded together using a full penetration structure according to GB regulations.

3. The tilting and flipping part is composed of worm gear, worm gear, handwheel, and bearing seat.
