The spray sterilization pot adopts a design with a large lower tank and a small upper tank, which is determined by its working principle. The high-temperature hot water stored in the upper tank is sterilized by spraying the products inside the sterilization pot,.
Brief description of the process flow of water bath sterilization pot:
1. According to the sterilization temperature set by the product, put the preheated water from the upper tank into the sterilization pot from the lower tank;
2. After the lower tank water reaches the designated position, the circulation pump starts working, and the high-temperature water is sprayed onto the product through the heat exchanger in a spraying manner;
3. Inject steam into the other port of the heat exchanger to reheat the circulating water to the specified temperature;
4. The system achieves temperature stability by automatically controlling the amount of steam entering through the membrane valve;
5. After sterilization is completed, stop injecting steam and open the cold water valve to inject cold water;
6. The injected cold water gradually cools the product through a heat exchanger to prevent the occurrence of "bottle explosion" phenomenon;
7. Spray killing can be divided into top spraying, side spraying, and full spraying according to the different spraying positions.
1. The heat exchanger assists in cooling and heating, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of bottle explosion and deformation of packaged products such as glass bottles and small gold bowls;
2. It can quickly heat up, without the need for exhaust before heating up, reducing noise pollution and saving energy;
3. Simple and convenient operation, complete the entire sterilization process with just one click, without the need for manual intervention;
4. The sterilization process adopts an imported PLC automatic control system, and the system temperature and internal program can be encrypted to protect the sterilization parameters from leakage;
5. Automatic overpressure relief, multiple door lock protection, safer use;
6. Adopting dual safety valves and dual pressure sensors for control to prevent component problems from affecting safe operation;
7. Equipped with power-off memory function, continue unfinished tasks after receiving a call;
8. Uniform heat distribution ensures that products at all locations can achieve a unified sterilization effect.
