Its core advantages are: peeling rate ≥ 95%, meat loss rate ≤ 3%, and the ability to preserve the intact form of carrots; Adjustable brush spacing and speed, suitable for carrots with a diameter of 2-6cm; Equipped with a water circulation filtration system, the water-saving rate exceeds 50%, and all parts that come into contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food hygiene standards.
