Instructions for using flour puffing machine

After the machine is installed, check for any looseness and run it empty for 1-2 minutes to confirm that there are no faults before adding materials.

It should be noted that users are advised to use a hardwood stick larger than the feeding port to assist with feeding. Hand and metal pushing are strictly prohibited to avoid injuring hands or damaging machine parts. Feeding should be carried out continuously and should not be stopped halfway.

matters needing attention:

1. Turn on the machine and check if it is running properly before starting the host.

2. If there is a continuous knife connection during operation, please adjust the cutting knife stroke (each blade has four nuts for adjustment); If the cut cannot form a right angle, the brush rubbing distance can be adjusted (there is a spherical screw on the side, if the angle is small, please adjust the screw outward; if the angle is large, adjust it inward).

3. The cutting length can be adjusted. When the speed regulating motor rotates fast, the short cut is made. When the speed regulating motor is synchronized with the main engine, the cut length is about 4cm. If the zd needs to be too long, a customized conveying gear is required.

4. When cutting large-diameter food, the brush should be raised upwards. If cutting small-diameter food, the brush should be lowered downwards. It is advisable to adjust the brush to rub the food (if pressed too hard, it will flatten the food, and if pressed too lightly, it will not rotate the food). There are adjustment screws for adjustment.
